w/ (pronounced “with”) is a collaborative, open-ended, musical experiment founded by John Jarman and Cody Schuman. The project has no set lineup of members (outside of Cody and John), with the cast of artists involved changing release to release. With each cast, the project explores new styles and ideas, guided by John and Cody as organizers/creative directors. In this way, w/ hopes to continuously explore new territory, finding its shape in the intersection of tastes between all involved.
